Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Due to the curated and gift-ready nature of our gift sets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within two (2) business days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, we kindly ask that you provide the following within the two-business-day timeframe:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box
  • Clear photos of any interior packaging materials
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

This information is required so we can properly document the damage, file a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable, and determine the best resolution.

Requests submitted after two (2) business days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review, replacement, or further assistance.

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling after delivery, missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns when possible.

If an item in your order is confirmed to be incorrect or damaged, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion, based on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
